Tim McCart, President at Concept 365, has 28+ years of experience in trade show management and knows the importance of making each event special and different – not just for the attendees but for the exhibitors, as well.

Before starting Concept 365, Tim worked at World Financial Group, Inc./Transamerica for 28 years. While there he worked in sales management, where he honed his relationship management skills as a liaison for some of the most well-known product providers in the financial services industry. He also oversaw the company’s sponsorships to help improve branding and awareness, which included developing a 200-location event with Roush Fenway Racing and its show car to raise money for charity.

Tim was also instrumental in the production of World Financial Group’s annual convention, which has had up to 30,000 attendees. He oversaw all branding and design for the convention site, prepared floorplans, and determined placement of show branding and signage within the facilities, which included arenas and convention centers. Tim managed the budgets for exhibits, security and logistics; oversaw operations with exhibitor services and union representatives including Champion, Freemen, GES and Willwork, Inc. He also oversaw event security at multiple properties and ensured the safety of keynote speakers and celebrity guests.

He is adept at negotiating contracts, building systems to create efficiencies, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets while making sure to save costs and keep expenses low.

However, Tim’s strongest attribute is building long-lasting relationships with his colleagues and clients by going the extra mile to ensure success in any endeavor.
